COMMON FAQs
What is the minimum amount of time needed to order?
We recommend ordering at least 8-10 business days in advance of your desired arrival date. Depending on the bakery schedule, we can sometimes ship orders of 200 or fewer cookies within a couple business days of receiving your order. It is best to call us if you have a rush order.
What types of images or artwork do you accept?
For orders with customer images attached, we accept JPG, BMP, TIF, GIF, PDF, PNG, EPS, or PSD format. Minimum resolution is 250 dpi at 100%.
How much extra is personalization?
We can accommodate basic personalization for free on some products (e.g., #days without incident). We can also help create basic artwork without setup fees. We reserve the right to slightly edit text & colors to create the best possible clarity and image on your product. If a drastic change is necessary, we will contact you before making changes to be sure it is what you want!
What is the shelf life of products?
We recommend consuming our products within 2-4 weeks. Sugar cookies and brownies are freezable for up to two (2) months. Oreos have a shelf life of 3-6 months and are freezable for up to nine (9) months.
How are products packaged?
All products are individually wrapped in a cello bag and are heat sealed or tightly sealed with twist tie. Products are well packaged, using packing paper & bubble wrap to protect products from damage.
Do the cookies/products contain nuts? Does our facility use nuts?
The icing used on some cookies and brownies has a nut allergy warning. The icing is processed in a factory that makes products with nuts. Therefore, we recommend that individuals with nut allergies should not consume our baked goods.
Hot weather shipping for Oreos and brownies
From May 1-September 30, we highly recommend shipping 2nd Day Air or Overnight for orders with Oreos and brownies. There may be an additional $7.00 cooler charge during these months for such shipments.
What if the order arrives damaged?
Our bakeries are experts at shipping products and have an extremely low rate of damage. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). Please take a photo of the damage. This helps with our claim to the shipping company.
Can we see the image before it is printed?
We can send electronic proof as requested. Proofs are only available when orders are placed at least a week in advance. If the customer has not responded by 24 hours after the proof is sent, the image will be used.
